Reducing My Risk of devoloping High Blood Pressure?
High blood pressure (hypertension), is a condition commonly associated with narrowing of the arteries. This causes blood to be pumped with excessive force against the artery walls.

When blood vessel walls thicken with increased blood pressure, cholesterol or other fat-like substances may break off of artery walls and block a brain artery
High blood pressure is one of the most common causes of stroke because it puts unnecessary stress on blood vessel walls, causing them to thicken and deteriorate, which can eventually lead to a stroke.
STROKE & HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Plaque build-up in the arteries is called atherosclerosis (atha-row-skla-row-sis), also known as "hardening of the arteries."
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers. Ultraviolet radiation is the main cause of skin cancer. UV radiatiom comes from the sun, Sunlamps, tanning beds, and tanning booths
